Contact enquiries
When you use the protected contact form, Resonance Wellness receives the details you choose to provide so that Jacco Viljoen can review and reply to your enquiry. An I Ching consultation enquiry may include your name, email address, question, background and six cast lines.
Form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and delivered through Resend. They are used for the enquiry and any resulting consultation, are not sold, and are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for correspondence, service records and legitimate business obligations.
Optional website analytics
Google Analytics 4 is optional. Its tag is not loaded unless you select “Accept analytics”. If accepted, Resonance Wellness measures limited website interactions such as page visits, use of the casting guide, consultation-request clicks, video engagement, successful form submission events and outbound social links.
Google Analytics never receives the contents of the contact form from this website. Names, email addresses, questions, background information and cast lines are not included in analytics events. Advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalisation, Google Signals, User-ID and user-provided data collection remain disabled.
Your choice
You may decline analytics without losing any site function. Your choice is remembered on your device. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time to reconsider or withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics on that device and removes the analytics cookies the site can access; it does not erase information already included in earlier aggregated reports.
Embedded video
The temporary casting demonstration uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain. YouTube content is loaded only after you choose to play the video and is then governed by YouTube’s own privacy terms.
Questions about your information
You may use the protected contact form to ask what information Resonance Wellness holds about your enquiry, or to request an appropriate correction or deletion. Legal or record-keeping duties may require limited information to be retained.
